This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit dtitech.ch or contact us, why, and what your rights are. In short

  • This website uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device (no local storage, no session storage).
  • There are no contact forms, no advertising, no social media plugins and no embedded content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
  • We only learn who you are if you write to us by e-mail.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted on the network of Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that are needed to deliver the page and to protect the website against attacks and abuse: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. Cloudflare processes these data on our behalf and keeps technical logs according to its own policies (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate form (pages viewed, referring sites, browser, country, loading times). It does not use cookies or local storage and does not create profiles of individual visitors. Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Contacting us by e-mail

The contact buttons open your own e-mail program; nothing is sent through the website. If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, only to answer you and to handle your request. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation). We keep the correspondence as long as needed for your request and for any legal retention obligations. Legal basis under the GDPR: steps prior to a contract or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites (LinkedIn and the websites of our partners). Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.

Transfers abroad

Cloudflare and Zoho may process data in countries outside Switzerland and the EEA, including the United States. Such transfers take place only on the basis of the safeguards provided by the applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and for their correction or deletion. Under the GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to the processing and to data portability. To exercise your rights, write to info@dtitech.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country of residence.

We do not sell personal data and we do not take automated decisions based on them.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
